within seven days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.
The Workwear Company products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art vinyl, embroidery and printing equipment.
If after the seven day period you have a problem related to the quality of the wear of the garment, please do contact us at The Workwear Company, where we will be able to subject the product to our quality checking process which may involve sending it to the garment manufacturer for testing. If the garment is found to be substandard in quality we will replace it for you free of charge, as part of our no quibble guarantee.

Colours visible on your computer screens can vary from screen to screen, if you require a pantone colour match please contact us before placing the order to see if this is possible.
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
- Pantone or specific colour match if we are not advised.
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, The Workwear Company does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
